1. Who we are

These terms are between you (the "customer") and TapRev, trading as TapRev, address: St. Julians - Portomaso - Malta. VAT status: Registration in progress. Business status: Business registration in progress. Our contact email is taprevshop@gmail.com. We publish this site at https://taprev.eu.

2. Definitions

• "Products" — the physical NFC cards, stands, decals, and digital guides we sell.
• "Digital Guide" — the digital product(s) included free with selected NFC cards (see Section 9).
• "Customization" — the business name, website/review link, logo, and design you provide for an order.

3. Orders & contract

Placing an order through this site is an offer to purchase. The contract between us is formed when we accept your order and payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we cannot fulfil it, for example due to a stock shortage, pricing error, or an invalid customization. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we process payment and dispatch the order.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, inclusive of applicable VAT/tax where required. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged when the order is confirmed. Where VAT applies, it is shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if an error occurs we will offer you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

5. Cancellation & right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to cancel your order without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods, except where the right does not apply (see below). To cancel, notify us at taprevshop@gmail.com within the withdrawal period. You must return the goods at your own cost unless we agree otherwise; we will refund the purchase price (and the standard shipping cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. customized NFC cards engraved or printed with your business name, logo, or review link).
• Sealed digital content that you have unsealed or downloaded after delivery, where you consented to lose the right of withdrawal.

You may also cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us; if we have not yet shipped, we will refund you in full. Digital guides cannot be refunded once the download link has been accessed.

6. Shipping & delivery

We ship to the countries and at the rates shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and selected service and are shown before payment. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide. If a delivery is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & refunds

Where the right of withdrawal applies and you return goods within the 14-day period, we will refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. 8. Product warranties

Our physical products come with the statutory rights and guarantees provided under applicable EU and national consumer law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law. NFC cards have an embedded NFC chip; functionality depends on the user's device and may be affected by phone cases, metal surfaces, or device compatibility. We do not guarantee that the NFC tap will function on every device, but the QR code on the product provides an alternative access method. Warranty claims do not affect your statutory rights. To make a claim, contact taprevshop@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

9. Digital guide included with cards

Selected NFC cards are sold with a digital guide included free of charge. The digital guide is provided as a downloadable file delivered by email after payment. By downloading the guide you agree that:

• The guide is licensed to you for personal and internal business use only; it is not for resale, redistribution, or commercial reproduction.
• All intellectual property in the guide remains with TapRev or its licensors.
• You may not copy, share, or publish the guide, in whole or in part, except for your own use.
• The guide is provided "as is"; we do not warrant that its content will produce any specific business result.

As the digital guide is delivered digitally and you access the download link, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has been accessed.

10. Reviews & Google policies

Our products help customers reach your Google review page. You are responsible for using them in compliance with Google's review policies and applicable law. We do not encourage, incentivize, or facilitate fake reviews, and we do not guarantee any specific number, rating, or volume of reviews.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website (logos, text, graphics, designs, and software) is owned by or licensed to TapRev and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute site content without our written permission, except as necessary to use the site and order products.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity, except where this is not permitted by mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer under EU and national law.

13. Your consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights under EU and national law that cannot be waived by contract. These include the right to a product conforming to the contract, the statutory warranty and guarantee rights, and the right of withdrawal where applicable. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

14. Complaints & dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any complaint promptly. Contact us at taprevshop@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible. If we cannot resolve a dispute, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr as a route to resolve disputes without going to court.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta (where TapRev is established). For consumers, any dispute will be subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you reside, and you may bring proceedings in your country of residence where mandatory law allows. For businesses, the courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Reservation of rights & changes to products, pricing & content

Where legally permitted, TapRev reserves the right to change, update, add, remove, or discontinue, at any time and without prior notice: our products and their designs, colours, materials, and specifications; pricing, fees, tariffs, and shipping costs; promotions, offers, bundles, and discounts; digital content, guides, and features; services, policies, and these terms; and the availability of any product or service. Product availability, specifications, and promotions may change, and any item may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. Changes take effect when they are published on this website (or otherwise communicated to you), and apply prospectively to orders and use occurring after publication. We will honour the price and terms confirmed at the time your order is accepted (Section 3), and nothing in this section overrides a contract already formed, the mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law, or the non-waivable statutory rights described in Section 13. Where a change is required by law to be notified in advance, we will provide that notice in the manner the law requires.

• Products & specifications: designs, colours, materials, NFC/QR functionality, dimensions, and packaging may be updated or discontinued without notice; product images are illustrative and may not match the final delivered item exactly.
• Pricing & promotions: prices, shipping costs, offers, bundles, and discounts may change; confirmed orders keep the price accepted at checkout.
• Content & features: digital guides, website content, and features may be added, changed, or removed; we do not guarantee any feature will remain available indefinitely.
• Effect of changes: changes are effective when published; mandatory consumer rights and applicable law are preserved.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, practices, or the law. The "last updated" date above indicates when they were last revised. Changes apply to orders placed after the update takes effect.
