Where we ship

Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Available shipping methods and carriers are shown at checkout for your region. We currently offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options, subject to change as we update our shipping services.

Shipping methods & rates

The shipping methods, carriers, prices, and estimated delivery ranges shown at checkout are configured by us and may change as we refine our shipping setup. Shipping costs are calculated and added to your order total at checkout before payment. The information below is indicative and not final:

• Standard Shipping — via MaltaPost (or as shown at checkout).
• Express Shipping — via DHL (or as shown at checkout).

Exact delivery estimates for the method you choose are displayed at checkout. We do not promise delivery windows we cannot support.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation email once payment succeeds, and a shipping notification with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Tracking

If your selected shipping service includes tracking, we'll send you a tracking number and carrier once your order ships, and it will be visible in your order records.
