Returns & Refunds

We currently do not accept returns

At this time, TapRev does not accept returns for change of mind. Because each NFC product is customized with your business name, logo, and review link, products are made to your specification and are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind. Please review your customization details carefully before placing your order. Where a product is not customized to your specification, your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law remains unaffected.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at taprevshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory consumer rights (including the right to a conforming product) are not affected by this policy.

Incorrect customization

If we make an error in the customization (e.g. wrong business name or review link compared to what you submitted), contact us within 14 days and we will remake the product at no cost.

Refund processing

Where a refund is approved (for example, a faulty or incorrectly customized item), it is returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can request cancellation before your order enters production. Once production has started on a customized item, cancellation is no longer possible. Digital guides cannot be refunded once the download link has been accessed.

Changes to this policy

Where legally permitted, TapRev reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect when published on this website unless otherwise specified, and do not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law. Please review the latest version regularly.
